MobileMax is a real time mobile dispatch solution that allows users in the field to send and receive works orders wirelessly. The American Contractor user drags and drops a dispatch to an employee and it is automatically sent to the mobile device. The user in the field then starts the job by accpeting the work order. Inventory, catalog, and equipment items are added from the device as well as timecard information.
The user can also attach photos and voice recording which are sent back from the field to InfoCenter and are linked to the work order. The application also captures the customer signature which is stored on your server.
This solution is hosted by your company so there are no monthly subscriptions fees.
MobileMax empowers service operations to achieve efficiency
by adding the digital link between your field service technicians and the home office.
Increase Efficiency, Increase Revenue
The success of the service industry is dependent on the ability to service your customers
effectively and economically, with the right personel, the right equipment, in the least amount of
time. MobileMax provides field service personel more time with customers, requiring less travel and
paperwork. Using wireless communications and inexpensive handheld computers, complete job,
inventory and billing information can be transmitted efficiently and cost-effectively between
the home office and field service technicians. MobileMax eliminates manual inefficiencies in paperwork
that can overwhelm your service personel and your business. Personel in the field receive work
orders electronically on their handheld computers. When a call is complete, the customer approves
the work by signing the field service personel's screen. Upon synchronization, the completed work
order is automatically sent to the home office for processing and customer billing.
State-of-the-Art Technology
The MobileMax handheld application communicates with the home office server using a wireless internet
connection from any carrier such as Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and more. Because MobileMax depends on
wireless synchronization, not wireless data access, when a field service personel is not within a
wireless service area, he can still complete his service call using his handheld computer and
synchronize the data when he re-enters a wireless service area. The wireless synchronization process
has been designed to accommodate limited bandwidth, significantly reducing overall communication
costs.
